Live Stream Pack Opening

• Packs purchased from Dally Rips & Collectables will be opened on live streams by default, providing an engaging and interactive experience for our customers.
• If you have a specific request to keep your pack unopened, please let us know prior to opening.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

• Once a pack is opened on a live stream, the cards inside are considered damaged and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
• This policy includes all cards, including those obtained through special events.

Non-Exchangeable

• We are unable to exchange goods given the nature of collectables and card games.

Change of Mind Policy

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• If you wish to cancel your order prior to opening, we can offer:
  • A Gift Card for the amount of the purchase.
  • A refund minus the applicable restock fees of $10 or 10%, whichever is higher.
