Shipping Policy for Dally Rips & Collectables

Thank you for choosing Dally Rips & Collectables for your card and collectable needs. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle the shipment of our products.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed on Sundays of every week unless otherwise specified. Our team works diligently to ensure that your orders are prepared and packaged with care.


Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, and the available options will be presented to you during the checkout process. Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected method, destination, and the weight of the package.
By selecting 'SKIP' without payment of shipping for your items, your items will not be shipped. Where it has been selected for no-signature, you waive all responsibility for items that have been lost due to the parcel not being signed.

Orders utilising the accumulate option (SKIP) will have an invoice sent for payment of their items to be shipped after being held for 2 weeks. We are unable to offer extended hold times unless discussed with the team.


Shipping Destinations

Dally Rips & Collectables currently ships to addresses within Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and North America.


International Orders (Including the US)

For our US customers, all purchases are completed via live openings (“rips”), and the cards shipped are considered used trading cards rather than sealed products.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or tariffs are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Dally Rips & Collectables does not cover or reimburse these fees. We will accurately describe all shipments but cannot control or predict any charges that may occur upon import.


Live Stream Pack Openings

Packs purchased from Dally Rips & Collectables will be opened on live streams by default. If you have a specific request to keep your pack unopened, please contact us before the scheduled live stream/opening.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.
Please check your junk mail to ensure that the notifications are not in there.


Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen delays.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Dally Rips & Collectables is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim (Australia Post).

We take great care to ensure all items are packaged securely and protected during shipment. However, once dispatched, we cannot guarantee the condition of the parcel during transit and do not cover or reimburse for goods damaged upon arrival.


Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Dally Rips & Collectables is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Exceeding Limit of Weight of the Package

Where a package exceeds the limit stipulated in the shipping — either 5kg for Australia or 2kg for North America — an additional charge of shipping will be required.
Items can be held until such time the limit is reached and appropriate shipping has been paid.
