PSA Submission Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions: 1.1. "Dally Rips and Collectables" refers to the entity with Australian Business Number (ABN) 35 974 280 900, providing submission services for PSA card grading. 1.2. "PSA" refers to Professional Sports Authenticator, the third-party grading and authentication service. 1.3. "Submitter" refers to the individual or entity submitting trading cards for PSA grading through Dally Rips and Collectables.

2. Submission Process: 2.1. By submitting your trading cards for PSA grading through Dally Rips and Collectables, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 2.2. You must provide accurate information about the cards being submitted, including condition and any known defects. 2.3. Dally Rips and Collectables reserves the right to refuse any submission at its discretion.

3. Fees and Payment: 3.1. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the submission process, including grading fees, shipping costs, and any other charges. 3.2. Payment must be made in full before the submission is processed. 3.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect submissions already paid for. 3.4. If payment is not received within two months of the submission date, the card(s) will be considered unclaimed.

4. Grading and Authentication: 4.1. Dally Rips and Collectables acts solely as a submission service for PSA and does not guarantee any specific grade or outcome. 4.2. PSA's grading and authentication standards and decisions are final and binding. 4.3. Dally Rips and Collectables is not responsible for any discrepancies in grading or authentication by PSA.

5. Shipping and Insurance: 5.1. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your cards to Dally Rips and Collectables and for the cost of return shipping. 5.2. Dally Rips and Collectables recommends purchasing insurance for the full value of your cards during transit. 5.3. Dally Rips and Collectables is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

6. Return Policy: 6.1. Once cards have been submitted to PSA, they cannot be returned to the submitter unless returned by PSA for any reason. 6.2. If PSA returns cards to Dally Rips and Collectables, the submitter will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

7. Limitation of Liability: 7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dally Rips and Collectables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the PSA submission process. 7.2. Dally Rips and Collectables' total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the submitter for the PSA submission service.

8. Dispute Resolution: 8.1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. 8.2. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation in accordance with the applicable laws of Western Australia. 8.3. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration in Western Australia. 8.4. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties or, failing agreement, by an arbitrator appointed by the relevant arbitration institution. 8.5. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. 8.6. Each party shall bear its own costs related to the dispute resolution process, including mediation and arbitration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Ownership of Cards: 9.1. By submitting trading cards for PSA grading through Dally Rips and Collectables, the submitter represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of the cards. 9.2. The submitter acknowledges that they have full legal authority to submit the cards for grading and that there are no liens, claims, or encumbrances on the cards that would prevent their submission. 9.3. If payment is not received for the submission, the cards remain the property of Dally Rips and Collectables until payment is made in full. 9.4. If payment has not been received within two months of the submission date, the cards will be considered unclaimed, and Dally Rips and Collectables reserves the right to dispose of the cards at its discretion. 9.5. Dally Rips and Collectables assumes no responsibility for any disputes regarding ownership of the cards and reserves the right to refuse any submission if ownership cannot be verified.

By submitting your trading cards through Dally Rips and Collectables for PSA grading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
