Turnaround time is 45 business days from the time TAG receives your cards and enters them into their system.

Whether your card was pulled live with us or sent in via mail, we’ll manage the full TAG grading process on your behalf, from submission through to return.

📦 How to Submit

Pulled during a live break?
Let us know and we’ll set the card aside for grading under your order.

📅 Submission Schedule

Cards are submitted under bulk group thresholds.
Submissions are typically lodged end of month for each month

💳 Important Payment & Shipping Information

• Cards will not be submitted until full payment has been received.

• This service fee does not include return shipping, postage is invoiced once the cards return from TAG.

⚠️ Processing & Turnaround

• Turnaround is 45 business days from TAG receiving and entering your order

• Timeframes are subject to TAG’s processing capacity

Updates will be shared via our centralised tracking sheet when available.

🎥 Returns & Reveal

When graded cards return:

• They will be revealed live on stream

• Then shipped once postage has been paid (invoice or via order)
